-And now the readers get to be subjected to the horror that is my singing. In my defense I was only up there as our REAL singer was on time off and someone had to get up there and make noise, so the boys kinda forced my hand on this one.

    Lovely.

  2. Buck says:

Pretty danged good, if a bit long. 🙂

  3. Fay says:

Hey! Well you sing better than the guys in the audience dance 🙂

The guy with the white shirt and plaid shorts and dancing arm cracked me up. Especially when he completely took over the bongo drums and drove the bongo player to leave completely for a while.

Anyway, it looked like you were all having a great time and you really did sound okay!

We did have a great time. Actually the guys and I were talking about how this place is the perfect storm for musicians (or any artist for that matter) as you have absolutely nothing else to do outside of work, save focus on what your art form is. We actually have guys out here that have picked up new languages, a couple of painters, and one guy that taught himself how to carve wood. I mean you can only watch so much television or drink so much before you start looking towards other venues of entertainment, with ours just so happening to be music. I came here as a drummer three-plus years ago and have since learned not only how to mimic singing, but to also run live sound.

We may work twelve hours a day, but what is left after that? -In my case you guys get to see.

    Thanks guys for the support.
