USMC Birthday

Happy Birthday fellow Marines. Keep fighting the good fight out there, and you can bet that I am going to raise a beer to all of us tonight to celebrate how we were founded.

I'm just a guy that works overseas alot and likes to play just as hard as I work. Been to a FEW countries, know a shitload of people all over, and generally have a good time wherever I go. -Oh, and I am currently in between girlfriends, and strangely enough and perfectly happy with that status. In the long run hookers are cheaper. Take my word on that.

    Thanks Andy.

    -Already getting ready for the celebration tonight as I have to raise a tankard to the current and the fallen. Kinda easy out here to find the oldest and the youngest Marine though as I am 32 and the next youngest Marine out here is around 60. We even got the locals to make us a cake, which in itself should be an experience.

    Thirty-freakin-two? I am older than somebody out there? Jesus. Suddenly 34 feels old and spent. I guess I’ll have to drink that feeling out of myself tonight, with a nod to the Corps, of course.

      HA!! Sorry… but I have you both beat… Turning the big 3-6 this month… so no need to drink yourself into a stupor on account of age Andy!!! Drink for our boys and any other reason but not on account of age!!!

    Logged in the miles overseas though, friend. It tends to age a man quite quickly.
